Schleich Dinosaurs - Carnotaurus

The Carnotaurus was a fierce carnivorous dinosaur. It moved on strong hind legs and had a mouth filled with long, sharp teeth. This meat - eating predator from the Late Cretaceous roamed the earth around 70 million years ago. The sole skeleton of it was unearthed in Argentina. Measuring 9 metres long and weighing between 1.5 to 2 tonnes, its snout was rounder than its relatives, and its teeth resembled bent knife blades. Undoubtedly, it was one of the most perilous predators of its era. Fun fact: 'Carnotaurus' means 'carnivorous bull'. Dimensions: 8.7 x 3.58 x 5.12 inches (W x D x H).
